Terms of Use

Kamieno provides a software platform that helps users publish legal matters, compare responses from verified legal practitioners, and manage engagement workflows. Kamieno is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice.

By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, avoid misleading or abusive content, and comply with any jurisdiction-specific requirements shown during intake and bidding.

No lawyer-client, solicitor-client, or attorney-client relationship is formed with any practitioner until a separate engagement, retainer, or equivalent agreement is accepted between the user and that practitioner.

Fees shown on Kamieno may include platform charges, professional fees, taxes, and disbursements depending on the jurisdiction and the bid structure selected by the practitioner. Users are responsible for reviewing bid details carefully before acceptance.

Kamieno may suspend accounts, remove content, or restrict access where conduct, compliance, payment, or verification issues arise. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates published on this page.
